A NEW LIFE IN NEW ZEALAND
I wrote this book in response to all the questions we were being asked by people who had watched us in the BBC TV series GET A NEW LIFE. The book charts our first year in New Zealand and shows the rollercoaster of emotions you go through as a family making such a move. It covers us setting up our business's, the financial hardship, homesickness, adjusting to the culture and coping as a family. The book is full of useful advice but isn't a guide on the process of emigrating as this changes almost daily and you really should use a migration consultant if you are serious about making the move then try New Life New Zealand who are immigration specialists you can trust ( I work for them !) They will help with every aspect of making a new life here in New Zealand.
Hopefully the book will inspire people as we didn't move out here with a load of money neither did we have formal qualifications such as degree's.What we did have was determination to follow our dream. So if you are thinking of moving to any new country or maybe you are already there. This book has something for everyone.
It doesn't matter if you already live in New Zealand or maybe you are moving to a different country. This book shows what you may go through as a family making a life changing move. So many emigration guides are out of date due to immigration policy changes that happen almost daily. We steered clear of this and the story contained in the pages of this book will help prepare anybody who is looking at leaving their country to "get a new life".
